New hood pics - C6 Corvette Here are the latest photos of my C6 Corvette, showing the new hood. This is an RK Sport hood, which was necessary to clear the MagnaCharger supercharger setup (to be installed soon). I purchased the hood from TByrne motorsports, it took about 10 days to show up on my doorstep.
Richey Collision in Houston did the excellent paint work, they specialize in Corvette painting and repair work.

Sex on wheels. Very aggressive yet mature. Really love the red leather on that car. 
Are you gonna hang onto the stock hood for when you sell the 'Vette years from now, or will you sell the car with the mods/hood?

fitment was pretty good, they didn't have to modify the hood at all. Chris at Richey just adjusted the front hinge locations and mounting bolts a little and it fit perfect.
I'll keep the stock hood in storage, but will probably sell the car modified when I'm ready to do so. Its just a PITA to put things back to stock.

Blower looks great Ed! Lets see some pics of the whole car.
That front end will only fit with the wider front Z06 fenders, which are $1200 each. Caravaggio makes some less expensive front fenders, but they are still pricey. I plan on doing wider rear quarter panels and deep dished wheels later, then maybe the Z06 front end stuff afterwards.
now get the zo6 front bumper and you will be set...
