I think a 3200 stall and a 3.42 would be a great daily driver application, that is, if you are looking for something you can drive with everyday. I have the 3:15 gearing with YANK SS3600 and it really is a nice setup.

Just my .02 cent.

Hey Micah, not to change subject but does your cam have a good lope to it? i have no cats and long tubes with corsa indys, and will set the idle a little low, and hope it helps the F13 on a 114 lope harder.

Yeah my cam has a sweet lope. Right now, with my SLP LTs, no cats and straight pipes, you can not stand behind the car and have a conversation without yelling because of the lope. I really like this cam alot.

When I had my '00 coupe I put in 3.42's with a PTC 3500 t/c. I had heads/cam, nitrous..etc... With that set up I was pulling 1.6x 60' times, running 6.8 @103 in the 1/8th. My best 60' was a 1.58 on BFG DR's. Approx 510rwhp. Granted, this was with a rebuilt tranny since the added power will kill the A4 quick. Just be prepared for 3rd and 4th to give out after you've added enough power.

You will also need to tune the car immediately after installing the 3.42's and t/c. The computer will still think it's running 2.73's and you won't get far. I had a reprogramed pcm ready at install that worked great.

Oh, invest in a tranny cooler for around $100. Mine needed it when the summer months came.
