Default Track Times

I went to the track last night with my new UNTUNED setup: TSP ls6 heads, ms3, fast 90/90. DA was 3149, still on stock LS1 clutch, the best time i could get was a 12.7 @ 119.2 w/ a 2.3 60ft. The weather played a huge roll in my disappointing times, it was 92 degrees, the wind was 17 mph SE slight headwind (but was more flowing side to side with a a little coming head on)...
How do you think my car would run in colder weather (55-60 degree), less wind, and a much lower DA????
How do you think my car ran overall for the conditions it was in?

Im surprised you ran it untuned. I have the same heads and cam and drove my car around for a few miles then turned around and went home and started tuning it. Its night and day differnce after tuning.

I shooting for 11.0 or 10.99 in my Z.

with a similar set up that i was running awhile back, i went 11.6 @ 122,... you should be around that margin when you get it tuned. Good Luck!

well the 60ft times are b/c i'm on the stock ls1 clutch and i was going easy with it off the line, i didn't heat my tires up nor clean them off b/c i was trying to keep the heat in the clutch down...

Those traps are a mid to low 11 time depending on launch. I went 11.5 with a 1.7 60' @119 in my old c5.
