Mufflers hitting, bad trans mount, bad balljoints, play in the rear end, worn driveshaft couplers. Thats just a few. Good luck.

Could it be the seat rocking? When my bf first got his Z06 I noticed a clunk too and I thought something was wrong...turns out his seat was like a lot of other corvette seats, where the seat track gets loose or something, and it makes this funny clunk noise...

Look at the muffler hangers, make sure they arent bent, may cause vibration sound.

I did take a good look at the exhaust system nothing is bent or loose. car is not getting any vibration which would leave be to believe it to be the trans mount.
