Default Hard Clutch Pedal after new clutch

I put a new clutch in my z a couple of weeks ago, ( Ram HD) and my pedal is really hard to push in. I dont have the spring installed on my pedel, going to try to put it back on this week. I just put in a Spec 3 in my friends car and its no comparsion on how much harder my clutch pedal is vs his. The clutch works really well and its nice to be able to get on it and be able to shift but the pedel pressure is really high IMO. Anyone else have a ram hd clutch?

Im just wondering how much not having the spring on the clutch is effecting it. Im going to try and put the spring back on to see the difference. Besides the hard pedal, I love the clutch so far.

I had a Ram HD for a while. It has a very heavy clutch pedal. It is the heaviest between the Spec 3+ and Textralia I've used. Hope it holds well for you.
