Default My first vette

I just picked up my first vette yesterday. Its a 99 coupe 6-speed with 17,000 miles on it. Its sweet, i used to have fox body mustangs but this has to be the best car i've driven ever. It handles sweet, pulls pretty strong too. I'm just starting to gather money for some bolt-ons in the near future. This is 100% stock. Looking at doing a cat back, cold air, mass air, and maybe a new shifter. Eventually down the road heads, cam, intake. I'd like to get the Z06 front screens, where could I get those at?? Also this is a m6 tranny right?

Welcome to the club! Before you get the Z06 grille screens, check out Mr. Grille on E-bay for his billet inserts. There's a guy in our GTGs with those and they look really nice...also only like $40 or so.

ok, i was looking at the vararam cold air for this...it looks like it retains the stock fog lights, also if i get the z06 screens, will this affect the vararam or fog light operation? i will leave the maf alone. thanks

there are similar intakes that are much easier to install. vortex took me literally 20minutes. It's also the intake Tony Mamo used in his 480hp corvette with afr heads, 224/228cam, ported 90mm, etc.

as others have said, don't touch the MAF sensor.
