Default C6 shift **** in a C5 + ken king shift boot

I love the look of the C6 shifter. Looks like the perfect material and shape, better than the square design of the stock C5 ****. I have a Hurst short throw in the C5 and want to go with the C6 **** and ken king shift boot. I know you must modify the C6 **** to get it to fit. This is the only place I could find it, any place cheaper? Where can I buy a Ken king shift boot?
