so i hit a deer tonight....headlight and bumper are messed up but thats about it...anyone with parts that could help me are greatly appreciated my cars torch red

 

Holy cow man, hope your ok. that sucks bad. I almost hit 2 crossing the road like 2 weeks back.

yea thinking about it now it couldve been way worse...insetad of me squaring up to the deer with my bumper i swerved and just barley clipped him but still at 40 - 45 mph that'll still do some damage.

 

Welcome to the club sir. I hit one directly square and if I had not ducked he would have probably killed me when he came through the windshield. It hurt the car bad but I got away with out a scratch..

 

need pics of this. always wondered what a vette hitting a deer looks like. thats like the only reason i didnt drive mine to northern wisconsin this summer.

 

glad your ok...my mom just hit a deer in my truck yesterday...deer jumped and missed my bumper and grill, didnt scratch my hood at all...hit smack dab in the middle of the windshield...some how the winshield flew into the cab as a whole, hit my mom, lucky ...deer plowed in my whole roof and part of the edge of the door where the window rolls up on the drivers side...which that window shattered....shes ok, she was goin between 30-35 in the middle of town...wierd...im glad she wasnt on the highway or the deer prob would have went through the glass and she wouldnt be here...also glad she wasnt drivin her 350z which was in the shop actually...took my truck in and picked up her car...

yea i just must of clipped its *** cause it was a good sized deer with minimal damage im very lucky
