C5 Throttle Body ????

Working on a 2000 C5 with the car off, should the blade be 100% closed...

I am guessing here , thinking it should be open slightly to allow enough air to start .

i agree it may be open BUT dont make any adjustments. it may have an idle min. air flow screw and it should be sealed [antitamper] why do you ask

I dont believe they do. I think it remembers where to leqve the throttle open.
