A4 guys, what gear?

A4 guys, what gear? What rear gear are most of you guys running? My current setup is stock 3.15's and 305/45-18 nitto dr's which measure closer to 29 then 28" tall.
Im trying to decide if i should go w/ 3.73's or 3.90's. Im thinking 26" tires and 3.73's like I ran on my SS is about the most gear I want from a street car. But 3.90's if I stick w/ the 305/45's, which is probably about the same as 3.73 and 26's.
Is that about the same as most of you that drive your cars alot?
I guess my real dilemna is between 315/30's vs 305/45's. I think im gonna pick the 315's and lower it for looks compared to the oversized and raised up look of the 305's. This is more of a nice weather fun car vs. a drag car for me.
It still needs tuned but looking for 450 n/a and 600 on the bottle, if that makes any difference.

I only have a 2800 in it now thats why i'd kinda like to run a 3.90 w/ 26's but it might be too much for alot of highway cruising

I have 373 I run 119 mph in 3rd at the track
Mark (mdhmi) runs mid 130's or more ,he needs to keep the car in 3rd so less gear is better
My vette is H/C driven anywhere and the 373 are tops
Figure your top speed in the 1/4 in 3rd and adjust your gear accordingly
If you will be on the freeway on long trips the 373 gives you about 26 mph
My 315 with stock motor managed 31

I put a 373 gear in mine now I had a 342 and the best I had ran with the 342 gear was a 10.07 with the new 373 i ran a 9.75 so gear makes a big difference and I have over 700 rwhp and the 373 gear in it i went threw the traps yesterday at 144mph at 6500 rpms
