Why is the 01-04 Silver Z06 car cheaper?
Is the silver not a popular color for z06's? I've compared alot of prices and noticed they are usually 1000 to 1500 hundred cheaper than any other color.

I actually just bought a QS Z06 and it was cheaper that the other colors I looked at. I'm not a fan of silver cars, but the color definitely has grown on me a lot. I had a Sebring Silver Z28 and now the QS Z06.
In my experience, a silver car looks OK when it's clean, but also not too bad when it's dirty.

I saw the production stats for vettes a while back (not sure which year) and silver was by far the most popular color. Maybe that's why it's cheaper because it's more readily available. I wanted EB but ended up with silver. It doesn't show swirl marks and water spots or dust as much as other colors. I have both chrome and the stock Z06 wheels and it is a night and day difference with the chrome. The car really looks dead to me w/o the bling.

You should all just stop lying to yourselves and realize that blue is the best color ever.
j/k.
When i was shopping around for Z's i couldnt find any in silver, just yellow, blue, and red. But im glad i got blue cause when i turn on the lights in the garage the whole garage seems to light up.
