keep in mind that price is an important factor and this for right now is speculation, as I wont have the cash untill spring of 08
FI gets expensive real quick. Beyond the install the needs are never satisfied.

call A&A for prices....
but a well forged 402 with good heads and blower can should run around $8+
then A&A's blower kit with upgraded blower...... $7K+
upgraded fuel system....(BAP, fuel lines, inline/intake pumps) .... $1K+
and a speed density tune should run around .....$750-1K+
then you should/could see around 650-700+rwhp....
then you need drivetrain upgrades...
-built trans...
-dual clutch...
-out put shafts
-built diff....
around $5-6K+ there....
so for around $20K you should see 700rwhp and have a car that can handle that power for a long time!
Honestly, I always think about what I will do next, but even at 550RWHP on 335/30/18 Pilot Sports, traction is an issue. Yea, there is the cool factor of having 700 RWHP, but on the street it WILL be pretty useless (mostly in town). Just my $.02.
