Ordered a C6 but have questions..... Hey guys, I just ordered a red 2007 corvette C6 from a dealorship in Arizona to deliver to corpus christi, TX. Its red, an only has 3K miles on it. I was able to get it for 40K. I have a few questions I hope y'all can answer.
1) Do holes have to be drilled to attach a front liscense plate?
2) Do all 2006 and up come with a head up display?
3) If the car came with the clear roof, does it come with the body colored one too?

Answers.
1. No holes have to be drilled to mount front plate. There are several brackets available you can use, or you can make your own setup, that attach to the plastic crossbars in the grille.
2. Only 2LT packages and above have HUD. 1LT does not.
3. You can have any combination of the roofs. In order to get both the clear and painted, you have to order that package, which is about $1600. If it has the clear, that's likely all it has, unless they specifically told you it had the double top package.

Good question, b/c if it's a base model, you can pick up a new base model '07 for $39K...Just some food for thought. BTW, congrats!

Yeah, i know i got the standard wheels. i wanted chrome, but for the price i could not pass it up. Hopefully it arives from arizona in the next few days!!! I'll post up pics whe I get it. How do you guys like the auto 6 paddle shift?

Well guess what kind of crap champion chevy of corpus christi pulled....They call me last night and tell me when the truck driver went to pick up the car, the dealorship in arizona said it was already sold locally. I got a brand spankin new one for $2K more. 7 miles on the clock fresh outta the plastic! Im getting the papers on it tomorrow and paying for it this weekend. They will hopefully ship it to me and get it on the road next week headed for my front door!!! I'm excited! I just hope no bullshit happens again. I'll hopefully be postin some pics of it comin off the truck!
