WTB. Front spring lowering/raising bolts

I need the front springs bolts to raise my car back up. The previous owner removed them to lower it. Looks nice but I'm afraid its to low for putting some 15in skinnies on the front like i plan. So anyone have these that they removed to lower, or dont need, changed out etc. I need them, let me know how much etc.
