they might be talking about a targa top
targa tops and FRC (fixed roof coupes) are different cars so you cannot have both options
it just means that part of the roof will remove like in this picture
in the picture below you can see what a Z06 looks like for comparison. The roof on a FRC will look the same as a Z06

In Corvette speak FRC has 3 meanings. Fixed Roof Coupe(Z06 style), Fuel Rail Covers and Flying Roof Club. Which happens when you forget to clamp in your targa top!!!!!!!!!
