I'd put some money on it. So yes hopefully it doesn't take out the ABS stuff when it goes boom.

It's not something I'd try. I'm guessing you haven't put any hardened parts in yet or the DTE brace, right? Good luck if you take the chance.

As the lights flash and the clutch is released your stock 10 bolt is going to be all over the track. Buy at least a DTE stg III and brace. Even that is no guarantee. I will be heading to the track and at most will use some DR's. $3,000 for a rearend is not cheap and I don't want to replace mine anytime soon. Good Luck !!

DTE brace is a must have, also you might consider hardened input shafts (atleast the left side). Keep in mind that your C5 has a transaxle so if the rear end grenades, it may take the transmission with it. With your mods...I wouldn't get anything more than a drag radial. The BFG DR's are an awesome buy. In my opinion....stay away from the Nitto's.

I have used Et streets with my Z06. Dumping it at 3000rpms and 3500 rpms. Did this 5 times at the track. No problems. I do have a DTE brace on order though. I just put a set of nitto's on the rear. So far no problem's with either. The only performance mod I have done is a CAI.
I'm pretty sure with a Supercharger on it, you will more than likely break something for sure.

ET Streets are better if your a stick because of sidewall flex. DRs and stick can break stuff ask how I know (also on autos). 200 sprayed passes and high rpm clutch dumps from hell, only thing I broke was a shaft on BFGs at 480rwhp and 5xxtq. All the way to 575rwhp and 665rwtq on ET Streets and no breakage, so it's all in tires and launch style, meaning: a little tire slip can save your butt. A few ways to do this, high low rpm torque, high tire pressure are but a couple. Once you start sticking well, or dead hooking trouble likely will ensue. All my passes were stock rearend, and after the BFG breakage the long shaft was replaced with a hardened one. I may try some slicks this year but am aware I may soon need a new rearend.

Hardened output shafts and a transmission brace should take care of most of the problems.
