When he was 100% bone stock he was runnin 11.7-low 12's at 118-121 mph..
After a few bolt ons he's now running 11.3-11.9 at 123-126 mph...KEEP in mind this is during summer weather and on the stock tires..
when he goes in the cooler months with some DR's slash slicks he'll be running 10's no problem...
heck...11.3 your second time to the strip ever with the car and a few bolt ons is very impressive

Well, I am concidering what to do next already. I am thinking I may want to do a heads and cam package next. Or who knows I know Vortech has that new 6.5lb supercharger out now.

yeah and the H/C is cheaper... I was thinking that if I did the blower I would change the pistons and crank, then I thought if I was changin the pistons and crank, I may as well go with turbos and more than 6lbs then I thought wait a minute, I just spent 25k... or I could do heads and cam for oh 3-5k and have 600 rwhp anyway.
Prob will end up with a H/C package soon. We will see.

h/c package seems to be the method. I'm curious which package/cam u lookin at? Im thinkin puttin lg x5, and apparently u gotta build the motor w/ that anyways. If u think about it, bone stock, that z puts outs 440ish rwhp ( mine dynod 443) and adding over 150 rwhp has gotta put strain on stock ls7. Keep us posted.
ps- nice runs! Ive only bested 11.73 with cai, tune, dr's. If it ever stops raining in texas, ill see what those headers, catback will give me (along w/ more seat time)

My car put down SAE 485 rwhp on a 4wheel dyno (everyone around here has dyno'd about 10-20 rwhp more on every other dyno here in town)
Mods are as follows
LG long tubes and off road x pipe
electric water pump
K&N cold air intake
B&N ripper
160 Hypertech stat
Dyno tune

Definitely a natural. Since this is an open thread, my $02 would be to master the 505 ponies that you've got now, and then go for more power once you've got it down to a Tee. The goal would be to be in the 10's before the major mods. Also, you can pretty much throw out that 5yr/100K warranty with the major mods...You've got a hell of a beast in your stable as it is!
Congrats on the times man, like I said, you're def a natural!
