In the german Corvette-Forum the do many tests with GPS. C5 from 177-183 mph stock and C5Z06 173 mph. The german A4 have all 3.15 gears so they most time faster in topspeed than the M6.

In my ZO6 with stock gear box ratio / 3:42 rear end and stock tires I did 187mph @ 7025rpm Fifth gear HPTuner recorded and GPS confirmed...
