Intake options
If you are going cam only - then just purchase a used LS6 intake, keep the BBK TB, or sell the BBK and port your stock TB. If you purhcase an LS6 intake you will also need the coolant line and the two block off plates to make the LS1 to LS6 intake conversion complete -- these can be purchased from Scoggin-Dickey (SDPC) or Thunder Racing. Just call them and tell them what you are doing and they will know what you need.
Also for furture reference I suggest an U/D pulley, an uprgraded LS6 oil pump, and a new dual roller timing chain, when you get ready to do the cam installation.

I doubt you will hit 400 with a 224/224 cam only, most likely 380-390rwhp...
