What tuning package do you have?
What are the specs on the cam?
Which MAF is the new one?
Once we know those things we can point you in the right direction. Changing those two components will cause the car to run like crap, but they can be tuned pretty easily.

What codes are you tossing???
You might need to re torqe the intake.. you could have a leak. I've not bought a Fast intake but i've heard they have had alot of problems with them sitting flush... if it's not flush and you are sucking in extra air thats gonna mess things all up. Do you here any sucking or hissing sounds coming from the back of the intake. THere is a stiff plastic tube that alot of people forget to hook back up.. It's a huge PITA to hook up and if not done correctly it could come loose during the final movements of the intake...
