i used the average between kbb,nada, ect. im not jacking the price up. i owe more than 23k anyways. i just said about. thanks for your advice though. it is appreciated. anything to help sell it.

Well, if you need the money, then it needs to be gone. That's the one negative thing about having children, is that sometimes we have to give up a few things...like the vette

Thats not a bad price, but for the mileage, it might be a little high...even though you owe more than 23k. Since you do have the time, throw an ad out on craigslist etc...you'll find an *** for the seat 
I'm probably one of the few (similar to your wife, lol) where I actually prefer my Camaro over a Vette. But my Camaro is mint and only has 27,000 miles.
I'm actually looking to buy a C5 to replace my Audi as a daily driver, except I'm looking to pay ~$16k since it is going to be a DD.
But damn for $20,500 makes me wanna throw down that extra 4, but I'm not in the market till probably late summer. Good luck with the sale, thats a hell of a price for a Z06.

yea. i wish i could keep it. she cant drive stick, and she doesnt like the clutch in the vette. too stiff i guess. i love it. she wants something with 4 doors. i want her to get an SUV. she wants a little import.

i jsut sold my clean, low-mileage 03 black on black Z....for a VERY low price because I needed the cash.... BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY CAR BUYING/SELLING LIFE>... I cant really find another car in the price range that competes with it...
Me either, $20.5k is an excellent price for that car. 
There is a guy here in Huntsville trying to sell his MY 01 Z06 for $21k with miles similar to yours. He isn't having any serious buyers yet either. I am quite suprised at the lack of buyers for a Z06 at that $. Have you put an add on Corvette Forum?
