Nice write up.

I like reading objective comparisons such as this. I look forward to seeing your progress.

Congrats on the new toy.

Glad to see the write-up, made me feel like it was a real evaluation instead of a brag-session.

Verrrry nice ride, I'm still a huge fan of the older "cartoon like" GTS although the newer one is the better car.

Leave him alone, he prolly knows how that one will go. Sweet car, I wanna hate those cars because of the inevitable Z06 comparisons and the obvious winner in almost every category. But I emphasize "most" cus every time I see one of those I cant help but stare at the amazing aesthetics of the car, Z06s dont phase me cuz they are so common. I have driven multiple Vipers of all years and I fully understand the feeling of raw unrestrained power and authority you feel when behind the wheel. Great writeup!!!

A stock vs stock race against a C6Z06, with equal drivers, should put a C6Z slightly ahead. That isn't a surprise. But, the good thing is that I can slap on a simple blower and headers and make ~700 rwhp on a stock engine in this car.

Besides, who really cares about stock HP ratings or magazine racing? Stock is boring!

Congrats Tony...!! I knew it was just a matter of time. Let me know when I can come by to check it out...we'll have to 'compare' a few things between the two.

You're going to fill up our database on FQuick with all of your vehicles, ****.

Awesome car, one of my dream cars. If I ever come to Texas, I want a ride in it.

Short-term, probably the gen 5 Camaro. Long term, I'd like to own a Ferrari someday. I've wanted a blue/white Viper coupe since the first one in 1996, so this is one of those long term milestone cars for me.

Don't worry, it isn't a keeper. I'm sure I'll get bored sooner or later and sell it to pick up something else. I consider my cars as long term test drives

That is a badass ride! Your write-up is far superior to anything that I would ever hear from a dealer. The attention factor is something that cannot be duplicated on the Vette's, regardless of how many go-fast parts you put on them. You may be able to build a faster straight-line Vette, but the Viper still turns more heads.

let me know when you are ready for a handheld tuner for it. It will wake it up a bunch.

I took mine to the track a month ago "Oceola dragway", Blew out the rear end, then back the next week to try again. Nitrous on the car dont do well, it runs slower than with a 250 shot than naturally asperated. At least on street tires. "if you call 345 30 19s a street tire"..

I love driving mine, however, the interior is definatly small and cramped. The convertable top leaks alot more than an expensive car should but, im dumb for leaving it out once in the rain anyways.... Very nice car! Mine is red, I like yours better.

And it was pretty cool to have been able to be right there in the parking lot for the monumental delivery of your new ride Tony, very nice and enjoy.

You guys had an all carbonfiber bodied competition coupe that someone painted yellow?

Nice car Tony, great color choice can't go wrong with a coupe.

You know I used to be a fan of the older gen viper GTS over the new version like yours. But the more I view your photos I notice how much better the overall fit and finish has improved with the latest generation. Awesome pick up! And NOTHING will turn more heads than the prancing horse. I got to drive a 360 modeno once and while it wasn't the straightline fastest or quickest car it was just simply an amazing experience. Instant celebrity status you can't find with many cars besides the other extreme exotics.
