I was turning my car on and I got this message any idea? Unless it was me and I didn't push the button correctly? 05 c6

If it happens again switch to your other key as the key fob may be going bad and I had a similar but not exact same issue and it was fixed by switching keys!

I could tell you how to program it... but it may not work the same way on a C6. It takes me all of 15 seconds to do a FOB on my C5. Go to a dealership and they will want to charge you $60 just to set it for you.

It may have had a brain fart..stick the fob in the retangular hole in the glove compartment and start the car and see if it straightens up..I have seen them do it before and then never have that problem again.
