American Racing Headers Install Complete - VID American Racing Headers (Long Tube)

DIY Header install tips:
On my 01' Coupe--
-unbolt alternator for extra room when pulling OEM driver side header out from the top
-remove all spark plugs and wires prior to pulling headers
-do not tighten headers to block until X pipe is connected to headers!!!!
-bolt extension pipes to mufflers first, then bolt to hangers, then marry extension pipes to X pipe, X pipe to headers, then snug down headers to block.

Sounds good. You didnt have to take off the alt.... the drivers stock header comes out from the bottom really easy. It looks like LG pros are easier to install because I didnt have to do any of the extra you mentioned. Just bolted up to the block, put the X together, and then slid into place.
