What The F.................. Well as you know i got booted off cf witch there are already people on that website wondering why? So i was glad to see Jamie Furman ran a 10.83 a new record for a stock zo6. So i have congradulated him three differnnt times by posting threads saying nice run man and every time they have deleted my post.. people may beleve what i ran or not but im a fellow zo6 owner who is proud to see any z06 run in the tens.

But you started off on the wrong foot, and you'll probably have to meet up with some of the regulars to regain credibility.
I kept an open mind but even I felt that your story has holes, a 1.5x would be damn good on DR's and I could see if you if followed like 20 slicks cars at a national even but not sure about an average TNT day at NED. Plus you posted that you ran that time at two different tracks I think?

Look i have the slip . people that know me a ned all beleve me bcause i have been going their for year they all know that ihave owned just about every gm performance car that has been out the past 10 year first five years i was a truck guy and they all know i can drive. a ran many 11.1 passes at ned ontil they finaly threw me out. So thats when i went to nj because inew the car had more in it. like i have said before but nobody wants to listen iwas runn et streets earlier and thi was a taller setup then the stock setup so this was causing me to keep my car in 3rd gear on my runs shuting off before the finish so i new there was more in my car and went to bthe closest track that was open and went to a 275 40 mt dr that was ashorter tire then iwas running.

He is legit.
Dick is at NED a lot, I met him a few years back when he had a sprayed 02 SS Camaro. I helped him out a little with his nitrous system.
He has the Z06, he drives it like its stolen, and he has the time slip to prove it. Unfortunetly, he is new to forums and his grammer sucks, so obviously veterans are skeptical. But do to his local reputation of being a great honest guy who can row with the best of them, makes me have no doubt what-so ever that he ran a new record.

Yeah but Dick those are running in some killer air, sometimes Atco and some of those tracks have -1500 DA weather. But in the end the time is the time.
As the founder of a number of message boards, I try not to doubt new folks hence me being on the fence when you were getting into it with Ranger. And your screen name look like it was dig at the guy too.
I've seen local guys in 2500 DA air go 125mph and not even be that great of a driver, so 127-128 seems very possible for me for a great driver, and factor in some great air, well there you go.
Your 1.5x time makes me think you came out real high like 5000-5500 or something. In any case enjoy the car, and convince me to buy one.

So does this mean i will go 10.50 i dont thimk so. besides i already toled ranger that i know his home track is one of th fastest tracks going and he said bs. so this makes me think they just dont want to see me have the record. i mean my pictures at the track have been deleted and my timeslips on booth cf dc so what does this tell you. and all my ned buddys beleve me. sorry about my grammer.

Your numbers are suspicious because of the 60' and 330' numbers. Your car was .15 seconds quicker to 60' than ANYONE has ever gone in a similar car. If you've been around drag racing as long as you say you have been, then you should understand how significant those numbers are. If the 60' and 330' numbers are "off" , than you can't believe the 1/4 mile ET. Maybe there was a problem with the timing equipment on that run. Whatever the reason, your numbers don't add up. I don't think that anyone doubts that you are capable of running the ET you claim (or at least very close to it), but since part of the time ticket is questionable, the whole run is questionable.

i did a 11.16 with a 1.74 60ft at ned so why wouldnt a 1.50 get me a 10.76. and the week before i did a 1.55 on et streets car got way to wiggly for me so backed out of the run.thats why i switched to th mt dr much more stable feeling. so have backed up my 1.5 claim i do have the slip but i dont know how to post them. as far as the clutch goes they are right it cant handle the hard launch every time. my first to run did resault in clutch sticking to the floor. and the run before my 10.76 pass the clutch stock to the floor.
