The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
the above link is the KIT I bought.... Very easy to install...
I started my removing the black plastic piece around the head light when they are up, and then removed the top heat light cover. This way I could see what I was doing.
I then removed and disconnected the low beam light and wires.
From there jimmied the HID Light Bulb in to place and connected the wires. ( Plug and Play) Then Tested System... Everything worked so....
I removed the access panel under the car between the bumper and the wheel well.... There is one on both sides of the car so you can access the area under the head light. I believe there were 5 6mm screws to remove. From there using the supplied bracket I found an existing bolt to mount the ballast to and lock tite the the bracket using the supplied hardware. This was the easiest place to mount the ballast and seems to be away from the elements.
If anyone can interpret this great.... I got it done in about 45 minutes, and the first one took 30 of that.
Good luck.....I recommend this 100%, lights are amazing and you can still use the high beam... Made a world of difference and for $140 well worth it .... I went with the 8000k bulb....
