x-pipe... to or not to/help!! I did a search in regards to an x-pipe and could not find out anything difinitve such as: what are the positives vs.negatives? like why would I want one? or why would I not?
I have stock engine coupe with a ti catback. I will soon have headers installed and an x-pipe if it is benificial in some way? I simply don't know the last time I was around muscle cars it was simply headers and maybe resonators??.....I love the sound of US v8 muscle and that is what I would like, my ti's sound better than the stock and I am expecting that headers would really make this sweet car even sweeter so please help-if you can...and thank you in advance!

An x-pipe helps the exhaust flow. It also improves the overall tone making a lower rumble IMO. On a stock setup, the x-pipe is not going to get you much in performance and tone, but once other mods are add, it will help enhance those.
