2009 ZO6. Will the LS7 remain in production?.

If you get it resleeved it will work just fine, I know someone that just had a built darton sleeved LS7. With a TTi kit making 900+ rwhp at 14.5 boost. The walls are thin though for boost if you don't get it resleeved.
So, am I taking it that the LS7 is not a good platform to modify heavily (for boost, or heavy H/C, N02?) If I were considering buying a Z06, should I simply wait for the updated version for a more versatile platform? Or is the LS3 in the 08's the better platform for versatility?
