we have the same exact Zo6. A guy just ask the same question on another forum and no one was answering. I usually just keep my mouth shut and not chime in on this kind of stuff. People will argue cams all day because there are so many good and different grinds. However, since no one is answering you....here is my 2 cents. We decided on a reverse split and tight LSA (most people don't go this way). My Z had a little bog out of the hole so we had the cam come on hard from about 2500 rpm up. It was basacilly a 224\590 on a 109 LSA. Here is a sound clip

The cam is proven to be a 11.3 quarter mile and lower in a 2003 ZO6 with stock bottom end & 342 rear end, LG Longtubes, Vararam intake, AFR's, Fast 90mm and TB and TI mufflers in place. All runs were made on a bad clutch with very slow shifts. Someone like Robz with a good clutch could have had this thing in the tens easy. Here is 2 old vid's from Jan 06

This cam is awesome on the street and flat explodes with power at 2500 rpm and up. Gets 29 mpg on the xway and will cruise in 6th at 50 mph all day. You may now get 500 more people chime in with theirs and their higher dyno numbers. Mine was 433 rwhp and 401 torque...however, that was thru the stock paper air filter...never dyno'd with a good air intake and open headers. I would like to see how high the numbers come in with a small cam like this one..most all replies you will get are large cams. Good luck with your choice...maybe get some help and advise. I am sureTracy at Rev-Extreme will be glad to help you. IMO, I would get parts in this order, as you can afford it. Headers & Vararam, then cam, then heads last.
