First gtr caught on the streets by a c6 Zo6 there is about 12 gt-r's here in reno driving around and going to the track, here is the article..

So the Nissan has the magic mod or can we just assume nonequal drivers here?
700 pounds is a huge difference even if the GT-R has a little better gearing.

honestly I am not impressed at all... I see the GTR as an over priced 350z with a turbo and a body kit... The over sized exhaust looks like a typical ricer and wont be something I look forward to seeing on the street. Bound to be some punk kid whos daddy has a lot of money to buy him too much car for his skill level.
Good news is , its more motization to get a big cam and port the heads on my 03 Z06.....
I got beat by a C6 Z06 the other day from 0 to about 140 , it was fairly close but still got beat...
I guess its time for a cam.... a really big one that gets really bad gas mileage

It does go around the nurburgring faster than a 911 turbo! Gran Turismo had a hand in development=PIMP! BUT you are still going home in a NISSAN....There are some good pro's but the con's are more important in this case.
The guy was like

where did you race one at? they are in three locations nation wide doing testing. Reno Neveda for High altitude testing Phoenix Az for high temp and montanna for cold weather testing. there not being released until june 28th
