Car smell like fish ?

Any of you Verts out there have a fish land in your car as you were cruising down the x-way in Florida ?? This Osprey was eating the head off this catfish on one of the overhead signs. I figured he just let it go when he was done..haha. That is a big azz bird...prob 6+ wing spread...so that fish is good size also !!

Thats a mean *** bird! Looks like an eagle? I guess the osprey is a sea eagle. I have been coming down to Panama ever summer since I can remember, but I haven't seen one of those. Nice photo.

thx...they are some big birds. Usually you see their nests on the structures of big power lines.

Actually there was a pair of them. As I was watching the female spotted a cane fishing pole floating in the water. Here is a shot of her laying it in the nest. Pretty funny !!

We see them a lot up around the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac river. Neat birds. They definitely put up a fuss uf you get too close to the nest - usually on channel markers, etc.
