Thumbs up

I assume you're asking about the one for C5s?
I have their C6 version and it provides the most power/gains of any cold air intake available.
The C5 version provides even BIGGER gains.

All my friends swear by them and alot guys like them on this site too. GM high tech magazine did a tech article on them and gained .15 in the quarter and 3-4 mph. Corvettes of houston has them for the c5 for 315.00 and for the c6 359.00

I tell you bro, it was the first mod I ever did to my car. At first I didn't think it did anything, but after driving around for some miles it seemed to feel stronger. If memory serves the instructions did say the computer would have to learn or something.

With all the rambling, get the Vararam, and you won't be disappointed. Makes your car pull hard up top, and makes every mod work better too.

I totally agree! Well worth the money and the PITA install. I have had mine on the car for over 3 years and wouldn't even consider another intake!

I have the Vararam on my FRC. It was on the car when I bought it. I am unsure about the install... Does anyone else have the lower shroud removed to get this thing to fit? Pics of it in the car? Mine shroud is gone and I was thinking that there is something missing there to help support the air box.

I think mine has been on since 2004. Not sure when my neighbor helped me do the install. I do remember it was a PITA. Later that year I added the Billy Boat bullet system. It was more of a sound improvement then power, but some extra power was made. The way the car sounded scared quite a few faster cars away from a race. I laughed a lot and then breathed a sigh of relief. LOL.
