I believe that the LS1 stage 2 heads flow 300 cfms, whereas the LS6 stage 2 heads flow 325 cfms. So they do flow better, I'm just not sure what the difference is between the two that increases the flow, but I would guess it has to be the intake ports sizes are larger in the LS6 castings to begin with? I say that because they do port both heads.

And to Justin, well... you better put your car on a serious diet if you think torque alone will put you out front of a Z06. They have better gearing, less weight, etc.

Good luck on trying to get 400rwhp with straight bolt-ons. I know that my fellow Z peeps have been trying and not got there yet. They have been close, but no dice as of yet

i promise you i will, thats my goal im putting my flywheel on right now.....its good for a little bit.i want to do 400 rwhp through stock mufflers {hooked up to lgm longtubes}
