When you start the argument that all I have to do is mod this and add that, and I will be as fast as you for less money...... Sure starting to sound like a ricer to me.

Fact is many differences. Heads, cam, suspension, rims, weight. What more do you want different on a similar platform. C5Z is faster stock for stock at a drag strip and a twisty track.

Nobody is butt hurt over not having a c5 Z06. Ar this thread shows, some of us feel it is worth the money and others don't. No big deal. I didn't get one because i don't like the FRC for me, and i would be upgrading any of the "better" parts anyway. For those keeping it stock who like the FRC, the Z06 is a great choice.

The z06 is a Badass performer any way you look at it! Everyone has their own idea as to what model they prefer. I have a feeling that if they would ve offered the Z-goodies in a c5/removable top car, it would ve sold very well. Some of you guys act like other Vette owners that have a different Vette than u own a Ford or something! Very Entertaining!
