I agree that running slicks will be consistent than bias play et streets. The best tire for performance would be et street radials due to sidewall construction and rolling resistance, but they can be hit or miss on iffy tracks compared to a slick.

Congrats on the times and good luck dropping them further!

Slicks are for race cars.
Radials are for street cars.

well if i can find some 325/50 radials i will get them. i think my setup is good right now, just need more seat time and the 60' foot should come down. i'm gonna try to get my best n/a pass before i spray.

Nice numbers. There is very little replacement for seat time. I wish I would have had more time this year at the track. I can see you working your car down to a 10.5x with some more tweaking of the suspension.

What do you got for suspension? You need to drop some weight. I run ET Radials and do 1.3s 60 ft. I only made 450RWHP

I footbrake it to 3000rpms

all aftermarket suspension besides rear stock springs. rear on 8, front 2... havent weighed my car yet, but its still close to stock weight.

most race cars run radials... haha.
depends on how much money you have and how many passes you make.
if you bracket race regularly, radials wear out too fast, IMO.
