Bolt on LT1 almost in 12's!
Heres my slip with just bolt on's all motor...Im on the right.
Heres the same car with a Zex 75 wet shot 3000rpm-5800rpms tranny shifts at 6k....Im on the left
I took some advice from some people i knew and tried to brake the car at the light and bring the rpm's up to around 1100 or so and i couldnt get it to 60ft for ****? Before i let the car just idle and i gunned it and it hit 2.0 60ft's everytime.
I have 8way KYB adjustable shocks on all four corners how should i set them up in order to get the best 60ft times? Right now they are all at number 5 i also have energy suspension bushings on my front and rear sway bar's and sway bar link's.
I really want to hit a high 12 is that possible given my trap speed what should i do to get that time if its even possible?

If i can get the same 60ft as i did on motor i should be good for a high 12...I think i will try to let the engine idle then give it gas just like before.
Thing that sucks is that Famoso is really packed! I need a drag strip that has more runs avaliable to the car's!

I just dug out a slip of mine where I raced my old room mate's 97' Z28. (Fully optioned A4 car with 3.23's)
His mods then: K&N CAI, BBK UD pulley, Pacesetter LT's & ORY, cut out, 2800 stall, MadZ28 tune, nitto drags, LT4 KM.
Here is his best bolt on pass with that car:
60' ... 1.922
330 ... 5.443
1/8 ... 8.369
MPH ... 83.37
1000 ... 10.926
1/4 ... 13.094
MPH ... 104.02
A good stall converter and some drag radials would put you damn near in the 12's N/A IMO.
