thats not going to accomplish what you are trying to do.
if that is all the car will run, a pushrod change isnt going to make it faster.

You will need a 7.0 to get in the 10's
y'd you multiply it by 1.57? i always went by add 4 secs to give a round about with a 1/4 mile

4 seconds is no where near accurate.
the 1.57 is a good rule of thumb. every car varies on how it runs up top, but is a very close calculated guess.

Remember that all calculations are a guess. Some cars back half better than front half, and vice-versa.

The 7.04 at 92 mph unless the driver was out of it before the 1/8-mile mark would not likely be a 10 second pass. The car is likely set-up for the 1/8 mile.

For example, my Nova's best pass in the 1/8 N/A is 7.044 at 97.29 with a 1.542 60 foot. multiply by 1.57 and that's 11.059, but the slip says 11.121 at 119.77 mph

The Formula's best pass in the 1/8 N/A is 8.349 at 86.24 mph with a 1.942 60 foot. multiply by 1.57 and that's 13.107, but the slip says 12.926 at 106.67 mph.

Just an FYI. Likely you'll be in the low 11s.

Derek
