thanks Tim ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
it is officially an 8 second street car. was tight, and had to pedal it but i did make an 8.99 @ 155.66 mph pass today along with 4 other mid to low 9 sec passes. starting line issues..... if i didn't bog on the launch, i was shaking the tires.
now back to street mode to enjoy the car with my son.
mcleod clutch, tick perf. master, ss ****, custom short stick, a friend made it for me. it was based off of a Lou's short stick, just a couple of different angles than the lou's to suit my shifting needs.
in car vids to follow in a couple of days, i am tired!!!!

is your stick crooked pointing toward you (lol) or is it a staight 6" stick? is your clutch a twin disk or single?
we have similar setups.
what is your spring/shock combo if you mind me asking front and rears?
what gears? 28" tire?
sorry for all the questions but i like to put things in perspective for what i eventually will do ya know.
my goal one day is to run 9's for a true street car w/ an m6 of course![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
again, congrads that is such a great accomplishment

mcleod soft lok
stick is angled where i like it, similar to a lou's, but closer to me. when i bang 2nd hard it knocks the bezel loose to give you an idea.
3.89 gear, yes 28x10.5 slick
thanks!

Like I said before, it just takes time, and you'll get that slip. ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
Have any plans for the winter? or just a freshening up of the motor?
What did you have to do to get those 97'+ taillights to work in your car? I like the change
