Default My new best

Finally went out and got a new best, before I forget mods on the car are- 02 SS
Pacesetter lt's, ory, stock catback, slp lid, asp pulley, 226 patriot cam w/ supporting mods, lca's, relocation brackets, spec 3 and thats basically it besides free mods. Car is on a mail order tune from Frost so I don't know what kind of power it'll put down.
12.39@115 Pass 1.98 60' (leaving on idle) shifting at 6k
Then I ran a 12.37@114 shifting at 6300 as a last pass with a 2.01 60' but I felt like I spun too bad and decided to shift to 4th at like 5k and start aborting the pass. Probably wouldve been a 12.20.
Oh car was on 315 555r nittos.

Pretty sweet times. Have you tried a bit longer of a burnout? The Nitto's need more heat in them (about 5-6 sec) to hook well for a better 60', that is unless you are trying to save the china cabinet under your back seat. 11's are well within reach

Thanks guys. I figured they could have used more of a burnout, I was afraid of what the ol 10 bolt would do like you said Pizdets. After burning them for a couple seconds I felt it start wheel hopping. Might try a little weight reduction next time since car was a pig that day (over half a tank of gas, tools in the trunk, etc.)
