went to the track last night.... so i went to the track last night at a local 1/8th mile track called county line dragway the night started out really shitty when my first pass was a 2.25 60' and ran a 9.68 i spun for what seemed like forever. after that pass i realized everyone was using the left lane so i used the left lane for the rest of the night after that pass. second pass was still shitty with a 2.14 60' then turned a 8.17 pass still spinning. i had about 45 mins between both those runs. finally letting it cool down for another 30 mins i went out and did a john force burnout pulled a 1.85 60' (spun just a little) turned a 7.72 lap. after that i was kinda excited knowing that the car is actually pretty fast. so i hot lapped it and did a 2.09 60' and got a 8.08 lap spinning again when i did that lap i was thinking maybe the track was going away but i said **** it one more time. did another john force burnout on a hot lap. throttleing into it (cause i was trying my hardest not to make it spin) i pulled a 1.74 60' and ran a 7.54 at 93.1 that so far is my fastest lap. now keep in mid those times r with a stock 10 bolt with a 2.73 rear gear i was only using first and second gear each pass. also i have 275/40 17 mickey thompson drag radials that r 6 years old and hard as hell.

after looking at the tires to see how bad they were. i just ordered a set of prostars and new mickey thompsons so hopefully i will lose some weight and drop that 60' to at least a 1.6 should be here just in time for friday to run it again. btw i cant wait till it gets a little cooler out then maybe even some low 7 times.
