H/C/I car only trapping 110mph, why??

For those who are interested, I'm going to run again tonight. I'll be running in -1000'DA and have my HP tuners w/ Laptop so I'll be able to log some runs and see whats going on. I'll post results later!

Well, I ran tonight. I only got one run in, 11.81 but the track didn't have their timeslips working so idk what mph I had. My hp tuner log(which ill post tomorrow) shows a high wheel speed of 121mph and that the 1-2 shift occurs at 6100rpm and 2-3 occurs at at 6500. Im happy with the time, just wish I knew exactly how fast I went!

I've uploaded my tune and log of the 11.81 pass for anyone who wants to see. I'm about to go log a cold start right now to help diagnose my cold start idle surging!
