Ive been trying to go 130mph in the 1/4 mile for a while now and finally got it sunday. Mods are ms3,175 shot and basic bolt ons, still has stock 10 bolt and a 4l60e with a shiftkit. Short time isnt all that great for being on ET drags, looks like I need to get to work on my suspension setup.

Thanks, once I spray through the shifts it will probably only be gaining 26mph on the big end.

 

This really reinforces my belief that I need an MS3.

 

when are you spraying it?? surely not out of the hole or does it not hook?

 

I was trying to let it roll out a little bit before turning the sytem on, maybe 20-30 feet out but it still chatters the tires.

 

If u are on a DR and are hooking, but shaking the tires, put some more air in em. Go 1/4 to 1/2 lb until it stops. GL.

Thanks, converter is a pt4400 but I think its tighter than most.

 

New plan is over the winter try and get the car set up to go 133-135 mph on a 200 shot.
Got to get some weight out and get the transmission and converter set up better. I am thinking ss4000 and a built 4l60e to spray through the shifts.
