Great mph! You've got high 6's easy. The first time you cut a 1.5x 60 ft you'll be high 10's.

Thanks ... we will see what the next trip to the track brings.

The line lock and console switch plate are sitting on the counter, the 2-Step is on its way and the rear coilovers will be here Friday.

That is a cool track. It looks like they just blocked off a country road.

Brained is doing a pretty good overhaul pass it everyday. Hopefully it will be good, that track has the potential to be a great eighth mile track. Should open up in a couple more weeks strong what I'm hearing.

It's kind of a small town type track, but they are good peple there ... not stuffy at all.

Their phones outgoing message says they have been delayed by rain. I suspect they will have a test n' tune when they open ... that's what I am waiting for at least.

crmartin99 ... since you pass it everyday, keep us updated. Maybe they will post an opening day sign!

It will be a good place to test my rear coilovers, line lock and 2-Step if it opens before April 28th ... that's the day of a Silver Dollar track day that I am still considering.

I will keep my eye out. My car is ready for some tracktime after its two year hiatus so I am itching to get out there also.

Just a bolt on mild stall trans am. Hoping for 7.99. Only have ran it one time down the track on motor with this setup (used to have a 100 shot). It went 8.1x on a 28inch tall tire. Just got a set of 275 40 18 drs so maybe it will make it. Going to start working on suspension this year.

Cool ... I am in the late stages of my suspension buildup. All I am needing now is a set of front DA coil overs and I will be all set except for testing and adjusting.

I was in the same boat about a year ago ... it all came, but it came slow. I have never had the oppurtunity to mod a car that was not my daily driver ... I love it ... !

I was able to speak to Steven Farrow at the "NEW" Brainerd Optimist Drag Strip at the main number and he mentioned they were "shooting" for a 1st weekend in May opening with a TnT maybe Friday night the 4th. I am hoping for a TnT on Saturday or Sunday since a Friday night TnT is too far for me or at least some Saturday or Sunday openings for time only runs.
