Congrats on getting out there and running! Your times have tons of room for improvement, you just need to keep practicing. I'm running 12.2 at 114 with basically the same mods. I also have 3.73s.
Here's my advice. I've been running for almost 10 years, this works for me.
1. Go around the water!
2. Put your car in 3rd gear, do NOT manually shift it!! Your tune will take care of shifting way better than you ever will.
3. Do enough of a burnout away from the water to smoke your tires. This will dry off, clean off, and pick up VHT and track rubber to help you hook. I pull 1.8s consistently on Hankook street tires.
4. Roll into it on the launch. Do NOT brake stall it, leave off idle and do a quick roll into the throttle. Once you feel the car start to roll, push the throttle down quick.
5. Go pick up your 12 second slip!
