Good to see! What gear do you have in the car?
I'm doing a 6.0 this fall.
Going to use PRC Stg 1 LS6 heads, FTI cam & springs, Cleaned up Vic jr, 1 7/8 long tubes
Will be in my fairly light 84 GT.
I'm shooting for 10's

Wonder if the glide hurts?
You have the trap speed to be knocking on the 10 second door. I've been 11.20's at 117 in my car.
My converter is A LOT looser than yours. Was your PTC built with the spray in mind?

Yea plan on spraying it. Id like to pull it out and have it restalled to around 4500 but we will see once its on the juice. As for the glide I got a really good deal on it rebuilt with a brake in it and couldn't pass it up.

I'd take a good deal on the glide too.
When I first put the c4 in, the very first pass on the trans brake I leg go of the button and accidentally pulled it right into 2nd gear, still went 11.65....and the other passes were all in e 11.55 range.
So even if the glide is giving up et....it isn't much!

My 93 notch back is still 3100lb and with a stock bottom end ls1 and stock 243 heads went 10.71@126 so you should be able to get there. Also get a custom cam for a Carb. I had a off the shelf cam in mine and only went 11.36@119

Had the same problem with our regal, Glide/4200 stall and 4.56's. Keep the glide get a 5500rpm 8" converter.
Best we could get was 11.54@ 121.9 w/ 1.73 60' 5550ftDA
We've got a Coan 5600/5800rpm Converter on order for ours with the supersprag.
2985lb Raceweight (No Driver) 850 holley Carb

Not sure I need to get it on the scales. Its got a fiberglass Hood and decklid with a stripped interior with a sheet metal dash so I bet its pretty light

Took it out again last Friday with a new Holly HP ultra 850 and new slicks to see if it would do any better but only ran 11.6s. I couldn't figure out what was going on untill tonight I checked my throttle cable again and it was only opening around 1/2 to 2/3 of the way. I feel dumb for not checking that first, I bet the car will run a little better now
