The build sheet on the car says its rated at 345hp

With the SLP package it may be slightly higher than the typical LS1 car. Big difference from a 4.6 2v putting down 220WHP.

Contrary to the stated numbers by GM, these cars have the same LS1 as what's in the Corvette, and push out 350 crank HP, which translates to roughly 310-320 WHP in an M6, and right around 300WHP or a little less in an automatic.

No experience with 4.6's other than a ride in one and there was no torque.
All my past and current mustang had/is HCI pushrod motors.

My auto with T-tops weighed in at 3,440 lbs, I think manuals and coupes are slightly lighter.

Good runs OP! Thats not bad at all for a 100k mile LS1. Don't stress that 10 bolt. I've been pulling 1.6 60s with mine for several months now. Just don't do anything stupid like 5-6k RPM clutch dumps or power shifting 24/7 and you'll be fine.

Its old news that all of the LS1s were underrated. They all make 350 BHP with the exception of the 98-00 LS1s since they didn't get the 241 heads and ls6 intakes, etc.

yea i read about that ill probably go with that, i havent ordered the radiator yet i was being a cheap *** when it happened and put some plastic welder where it cracked and hasnt leaked yet but its just a temporary band aid. i wanted to try to get my other car on the road so i have 2 cars to drive instead of the camaro. then i can take it to the track and run it hard and not worry so much that if something does break i wont have a car to get to work and back lol

Sweet SS, good condition, seems to run strong. Seeing your times all over the place makes me like having an auto for DR though. I ran 3 times and never move more than 1/4 of a second up or down.
You should be able to hit at least a 13.1, possibly break into the 12's if you're lucky. The 01's and 02's have the best chance. Know the curb weight on that car? Get vids next time!

still havent ran the car again yet, been dumping money in the other car to get it on the road. with more seat time i know i can get this car to break into the 12s. first time running a RWD on the track, im used to fwd's. 2.1 60ft on DR's is pathetic lol i do 2.0-2.1s with fwds on all seasons haha but im also being a conservative racer with this car because i dont want it to break and have to take the bus to work lol
