I agree with other posts that the mph is very low for your mods ( especially cammed stick car) but on the positive side even your current trap can support much quicker times, my bolt on 6 speed car went 11.9's on the same 111 mph trap speed you got and my bolt on 3600 stalled car went 12.1 @112 (with a couple issues that need sorting out) neither car has seen over 6200 as both engines are unopened with 238,000 & 173,000 repsectively , I wouldnt go 6500 + personally without knowing the valve springs were fresh- where you are cammed you likely have the springs in place to do it and the aftermarket cam likely is happier up higher in rpms but then you gotta think about oil pump and rod bolts though I may just be conservative from traditional SBC experiences in my past
A lot of times the devils is in the details when it comes to getting results out of a car at the track, things like proper cool downs to keep heat soak at bay, quality over quantity as far as number of passes ( nights that I could get 20 passes in I still keep it to 5or 6, fewer passes can give you that one pass you want to post the slip of lol. Car shut off, hood up whenever possible dont idle in staging lanes shut off if not moving , anything to limit heat soak...
more of those little things:
1/4 tank of fuel not full lol
take extra stuff out of your car- strip personal items out as if you were selling the car.
big (heavy) stereo , brakes, wheels , etc will slow you down
pump up front tires for less rolling resistance ( I wont say how high I go to avoid debate lol)
learn how to shallow stage for slightly lower et's/higher traps
theres plenty of miniscule little details the faster guys tend to employ that others do not , I havent got many passes in with this platform ( 4th gen f body) yet, but my previous platform ( w body) I always managed to trap a couple mph higher same/similar mods same day/track as others that wanted to run it "like they do on the street" yet other guys paying similar attention to details with similar mods always seemed to run about the same as I did
a little knowledge and a 1/2 hour of "track prep" can make up for a lot of money spent on mods - good luck getting quicker either way.

+1, listen to this guy^
Details make a big difference. Your post holds big similarities to a lot of things I've seen people do at the track. Cammed LS1 cars going 12's when my bolt-on car did 11's and they would scratch their heads. Lol. There are a lot of "non car" car people out there as I like to say, but hey you have to start somewhere I guess. Nobody was born an expert.

I have a ls1 trans am with a Texas speed torqure v2 cam, tick performace stage 2 trans, moser 9" rear stock 243, 11.9.1 compression, longtube headers, y pipe, corsa exhaust 34lb injectors made 411wrhp on dyno...
I ran a 12.60 @111 1/4
60" 1.8
what do you think it should run?

1.8+ 60 foot 1/4 mile ET 12.75 at 109.8 MPH.
Also with the Formula I ran 26 inch M/T ET streets and M/T ET Drags down to mid 10's and 1.41 60 foot times with an auto no issues at all.
Good luck with the auto.

I hope this helps 02 WS6 6 spd, lid, nitto DR, +700 DA+/-, leaving at 2,800 RPM's no other mods at all! Stock tune no engine mods. Spare tire removed but bolt on SLP sub frame connectors and drive shaft safety loop installed.
