Default new best first outing

Last year after my last outing I put some preload in the swaybar, adjusted pinion angle, swapped rear spring to stock cut ones, underdrive pulley, sealed up the ram air hood, and took a little more weight off the car. Results new best:

1.51 60'
11.41@119.xx

This was on 275/60s and a PTC nitrous converter and my home ported 241s. I was amazed. DA was -446(awesome)

11.82@114 best 1.61 60', sorry it was in my sig when I posted this.

Working on a few other things as well to get everything out the car. Pulled about 8 lbs out the car today. Got a vibration in the rear when the car goes in third gear down the track and on the interstate at about 80 mph, same mph on track and interstate. Put it on jack stands and ran it in the garage. Thought I had a bent axle on both sides. Pulled both wheels off and ran it and no vibrations. Took the wheels to the shop we use at work and they spun the wheels on the balancer and the wheels have run out. The tires were out of balance too so they balanced them for me. I haven't been out on the roads yet or at the track so I'll update when I can.

Nice, hopefully it's all good. Let me know if you need some more ideas for some weight to pull

I would love too, but I'm trying not to spend much. I like playing with the nitrous. Thought about selling all the nitrous and concentrating on all motor but that's just not me. But it's something cool about going 10s all motor. I'm still full interior, radio, AC, and all that good stuff.

Nice, congrats on the new times.

The two motor passes go to show you how much of a difference DA makes.

Ran a 10.460 @ 130.xx this past friday on the same jets but with B8ef plugs and better mph. Pretty consistent. Did the same cutting in and out at the top end. Not spinning this time. I'm pretty sure it's my window switch set to low on the upper rpm. Adjusted and ready for next time out. I also picked up a NX 2 stage MAF setup to replace the two NOS nozzles so we'll see how it goes next time out. I have .044/.024 x 2 in the new set up. Will check the plugs.

Finally got a clean pass on the NX MAF plate. I made a hit last week to the 1/8 on .044/.024 on both stages. First stage was set to 0 delay, 30% start, build to 1.0. Second stage turned on 100% at 1.0. Ran a lazy 6.76. I say lazy because it felt much smoother than my nozzles had. I did leave in the kids car seats and floor mats on this pass.

Last night I pulled out the floor mats, kids seats, and junk in the back like normal.

15 PSI cold in the MTs
18 degrees total timing
B8efs plugs at .030

First stage was .047/.024, 0 delay, 30% start, .6 build
Second stage was .053/.028, 100% on at .7

DA: 571

60: 1.4698
330: 4.2191
1/8: 6.5558
mph: 106.46
1/4: 10.2867
mph: 129.35

Pretty happy with this. It did cut out twice on the top end but no where near as bad, so I need to bump the window switch up a touch higher. Think I'm going to put .053/.028 in both stages and stop there. Car needs an anti roll bar bad. So that's where I'm going next.

What hp shot does that equate to? Still on the 10 bolt rear end? Solid run for sure.

It's about 185. The two .053 should be just over 200. Yes still on the 10 bolt and 4l60e with an hd2 kit.
