Ok so I cant really find too much info anywhere about what a stock vert trans am would run the 1/4 mile in , so does anyone know what the average vert ls1 runs?

Their only like 100-200lbs heavier then a hard top so id imagine it'd be like a 13.5 to 13.8 run at most, but not sure.

Oh and Im wondering about a mostly stock vert with the 3.23 gears posi aswell.

condition of tune up parts , skill level of driver , and density altitude will all make a difference but overall your range sounds about right to me.

seen stock 6 speed cars crack 12's on rare occasions seen auto ragtop cars run low to mid 14's in the wrong hands lol , you mentioned 323's so I am assuming automatic car.

a pair of drag radials would make it run a bit quicker for a skilled driver and even more so if still learning .

Yea mine is a A4, and only mods are 100lbs in weight reduction, loud mouth 2 cat back, and in a few days a aftermarket lid... And it has a fiberglass ram air hood which Doesn't really count lol.

Im hoping it's almost as fast as the average hardtop ls1 like it is and after I get headers it better be for sure lol.

lid & catback will wake it up pretty well - which will make it benefit from sticky tires even more....
