first off is this in the wrong section I apologize

Ok first run I cut a 1.9 60ft (manually shifting through the auto) won't shift into 3rd right away but I still pull a 13.1 @ 103.

2nd run its in drive now (was told tune is set up for D mode) spin a little out the hole car shifts me into 2nd to soon 2.5 60ft run a 13.6 @109

3rd run same as second spun a little, early shift thanks to being in D, run a 2.2 60ft run a 13.4 @111mph

My question is, if the car ever hooks and the trans shifts smooth what do you think this thing should be hitting? Mid-high 12s?

111 trap is solid low 12's territory if you can get it to hook better and shift optimally. My stock internals 6 speed car made 11.95 on a 111.xx trap and my stock internals stalled a4 car made 12.1 @112 so far.... so a couple good points of reference on your potential , trap is a great indicator of potential and et shows how efficiently you are putting the power to the ground.

I am really surprised you hit 13.1 @103 though that's a very low trap for so close to 12's. you may try slightly overfilling the tranny if your 3rd gear issue is tripping over the rev limiter at the top of 2nd gear waiting for 3rd gear shift , its common/well documented especially if your not in OD

If you're running an aftermarket stall, get yourself a B&M deep trans pan. It will hold 3 extra qts and will help a lot on the 2-3 shift. Like mentioned above, keep it in OD. Just set up your tune where it won't go in to OD.

Upper 12's is do-able. (if you can get it to shift right.

Spinning skews the MPH.

Doing the math... looks like it still has .3 in it as it sits with good air
